CALQULIS

Legal & Trust

Enterprise Intelligence Starts with Trust.

Intelligence is only valuable when it is accurate, secure, and responsibly sourced. CALQULIS combines enterprise-grade security, privacy-compliant data practices, licensed data sources, and responsible AI governance to help organizations deploy intelligence with confidence.

Security Program

The Controls Behind the Platform.

CALQULIS is designed with enterprise security requirements built into the architecture rather than layered on afterward.

Encryption of data in transit and at rest
Role-based access controls and least-privilege permissions
Secure APIs and controlled data exchange
Segregated environments for development, testing, and production
Centralized logging and monitoring
Documented incident response procedures
Vendor and subprocessor review
Regular access reviews and offboarding controls

SOC 2

SOC 2 Readiness.

CALQULIS is actively preparing for a SOC 2 audit covering the Trust Services Criteria relevant to an enterprise intelligence platform.

Control documentation, security policies, and evidence collection are being maintained as part of that program. Audit status will be published on this page as the engagement progresses.

Enterprise prospects and clients evaluating CALQULIS can request current security documentation, policy summaries, and a completed security questionnaire. Detailed materials are provided under a mutual non-disclosure agreement.

Reporting

Reporting a Security Concern.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability affecting CALQULIS, contact us before disclosing it publicly. Include enough detail to reproduce the issue and a way to reach you.

We investigate every report received, acknowledge legitimate reports, and will work with you on remediation and disclosure timing. We do not pursue legal action against researchers who report in good faith, act within the law, and avoid privacy violations or service disruption.
