Scope
This policy applies to the CALQULIS website and, together with the applicable written agreement, to use of the CALQULIS Intelligence Platform and any intelligence delivered through it.
Permitted Use
CALQULIS intelligence is licensed for commercial decision-making: identifying opportunity, understanding markets, prioritizing activity, and supporting strategic planning within your organization.
Permitted use is defined in your agreement. Where a use case falls outside what the platform is designed and licensed for, it is not permitted, regardless of technical feasibility.
Prohibited Use
You may not use CALQULIS services to
- Make eligibility decisions requiring a regulated consumer reporting framework
- Perform identity verification, authentication, or biometric matching
- Conduct surveillance or monitoring of individuals
- Discriminate against individuals or groups in violation of law
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense intelligence outside your agreement
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to reconstruct underlying data or models
- Circumvent access controls, rate limits, or security measures
- Introduce malicious code or disrupt the availability of the service
- Violate any applicable law or the terms governing the underlying data
Enforcement
CALQULIS may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access where a violation is confirmed, in accordance with the applicable agreement.
